Deliveries & Returns



  • After your order has been placed and your payment has cleared, your item will be processed and marked for dispatch on the same day.


  • In the case of pre-orders, your item will be dispatched as soon as the advertised stock availability is fulfilled.


  • All products will be securely packaged and posted to you via recorded delivery to insure the package contents.


  • You will be required to sign for your item so we can record that it has been received safely.


  • Your signature denotes your agreement and legal acceptance that you have received the item in brand new condition and fully working order.




  • If you would like to return your item we can allow this within 7 days of recorded delivery.


  • As you will have signed for your item upon receipt (which acts as your agreement it is in brand new condition and fully working order as above), we will only accept returns if you no longer want an item that is in fully working condition and undamaged in appearance.


  • To return your item, please securely post the product in the original packaging and pay for recorded delivery back to:

  • The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer, as we offer free delivery on all items on their way out to your chosen address.


  • Once the item has been received and quality checked to ensure it is in full working order and has not been damaged – we will then issue your refund onto the card you paid with.


  • Please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to go back onto your card.
